Mentored by engineers who actually do the work
Most prep platforms are run by educators. We run an engineering company — the people teaching you are the people shipping client work this quarter. There's a difference, and you'll feel it in every session.
Taught by our delivery team
Your mentors are currently building software for our clients in Banking, Insurance, Payments, and HR Technology — not retired instructors. You get perspectives from the floor, not the textbook.
Interview-Focused Preparation
Every session is built around real interview questions from actual hiring rounds. We share 100+ genuine interview experiences to give you an insider edge on what companies really ask.
Personalized Mentorship
Not a massive online course. A focused cohort where each student gets direct attention. Your progress, doubts, and career goals are handled personally — not lost in a chat of 10,000 people.
Mock Interviews
2 Technical rounds + 1 HR round with engineers who conduct real interviews. Get the kind of feedback that only comes from someone sitting on the other side of the table.
12 weeks. 3 focused phases.
A structured 12-week weekend program built by engineers for engineers. Each phase builds directly on the last.
We cover the core CS fundamentals that every top company tests — taught through real code, not slides.
Raw material from actual interviews. You'll go in knowing what to expect — because your mentor was in that room last month.
Position yourself professionally before you walk into any interview. Your profile should speak before you do.
Practice before the real thing
Three full rounds conducted by engineers who run actual interviews. You'll receive written feedback — not just a score.
DSA, OOPs, SQL, and CS fundamentals — aligned with what mid-size and enterprise companies actually ask in first rounds.
Deeper .NET/Java questions, system design, API design, cloud concepts, and domain-specific scenarios from Banking/Finance.
Behavioral questions, STAR method practice, salary negotiation, and culture fit — so you're not caught off guard in the final round.
Personalized Written Feedback
After each mock round, you receive detailed written feedback on your answers, communication, technical accuracy, and what to specifically improve — from the engineer who interviewed you.
Domain knowledge that sets you apart
Most students know the code. Few understand the business context behind it. Your mentors have built real systems in these domains — you'll learn both.
Banking
Core banking systems, account management, transaction flows, and regulatory compliance.
Insurance
Policy lifecycle management, claims adjudication, AI-assisted underwriting, and risk engines.
Payments
Payment gateways, transaction processing, AI-driven fraud detection, and PCI compliance patterns.
Finance
Financial reporting, portfolio management systems, EF Core data models, and automation.
Hiring-CRM
ATS systems, workflow automation, data pipelines, and internal tooling used in HR technology platforms.
Claims
Claims intake, document processing workflows, status tracking, and settlement engines.

Top-performing students may receive introductions to relevant industry contacts in our network.
These introductions depend on individual performance and are offered at our discretion. DevToDesk is a training and mentorship program — we do not guarantee jobs, interviews, or placements.
Payments secured by Razorpay. We never see your card or UPI details.
Seats are limited per batch. We keep cohorts small to maintain quality mentorship.
What students say after the program
Real feedback from students who came in unsure about interviews and left with a resume, a plan, and answers they had actually practised out loud.
I could write DBMS answers on paper but froze the second someone asked me out loud. The rapid-fire rounds are what fixed that — no tutorial playlist was ever going to.
